Terms of Service

NEXORA is a marketplace that helps customers in Kosovo find independent professionals — electricians, plumbers, builders, mechanics and other trades. We publish profiles, let you search and compare them, and pass your request to the professional you choose. We do not perform any of the work ourselves.

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping the information on it accurate. Professionals must describe their trade and experience honestly. Accounts that misrepresent who they are or what they do may be removed from the platform.

When you send a request, NEXORA delivers it to the professional you selected. Any price, schedule, scope or guarantee is agreed directly between you and that professional. NEXORA is not a party to that agreement and does not collect payment for the work.

Professionals may subscribe to a paid plan for greater visibility and a higher monthly client allowance. A plan affects what the platform offers a professional. It does not affect how NEXORA verifies them, and it never implies any endorsement of their work.

Do not use NEXORA to harass anyone, to advertise services you cannot perform, to impersonate another person or business, or to collect other users' details for any purpose other than the job at hand.

If these terms change in a way that affects you, NEXORA will ask you to review and accept the new version the next time you open the platform.
